Women’s reproductive rights should be a cake walk so we had one! Our inaugural Gather for Good Cake Walk was a huge success featuring the most talented pastry chefs and bakers in all of Los Angeles. From beautiful layers cakes to epic sheet cakes, this walk was one for the books. We are so thankful for all of our contributing chefs, donors and guests who braved the heat to cake walk with intention! Proceeds have be donated to Yellowhammer Fund and Planned Parenthood.

On a beautiful Sunday morning, a collective of strong young female chefs, bakers, florists and more came together to raise money for RAICES Texas who is supporting immigrant families being separated at the border. These are the next generation of pastry who believe butter and sugar can be used to make a difference. It was a group effort of talented chefs and friends including: Rebecca Tosdevin (Kin Bakery, Rustic Canyon Family), Stephanie Chen (Sugarbear Bakes, Kin Bakery), Crystal Slonecker (Kin Bakery, formerly Huckleberry), Sophie Nau (Rustic Canyon Family), Charlotte Doimo (formerly Rustic Canyon Family), Joyce Hsieh (formerly Milo & Olive), Jacqui de Borja (Granddaughter, formerly Lodge Bread), Kelsey Brito, (Rustic Canyon Family, formerly Tartine), Mara Villalpando (Bub & Grandma’s), Rachel Smith, Lisa Figge (Manufactory LA), Kelly Bylsma, House of Woo T-shirts and Krystal Chang donated flower bouquets!
